Pelvic floor disorders are one of the common issues among several women. To treat this, transvaginal mesh is surgically implanted. This device is generally made from animal tissues or synthetic materials. It provides extra support to damaged tissues. Over time, this implant eventually becomes a part of body tissues. However, some women have suffered from grieving side effects for this device. Transvaginal mesh complications appear in different forms for different patients. One of the common side effects reported with several patients, is erosion of the mesh.
